Abdulrahman Shafik
Founder. Based in Cairo.
I spent several years running operations for property companies: acquisitions, dispositions, writing the procedures, and administering the systems the sales teams lived in. I was the person who had to make a CRM work for staff who did not want one.
That is the whole reason this company exists. I watched good systems fail because nobody asked the people using them what their day actually looked like. The software was fine. The fit was wrong.
So we start on the floor. We watch a shift, write down what is done by hand, and build for that. It is slower at the start and it is the reason our systems get used.
I work with a small group of collaborators on larger builds. There is no sales team. When you send a message, the person who builds your system is the person who reads it.

None of this is in our favour. We would rather you find it here than discover it later.

We are not a registered company yet
Axiom Automations operates as a sole trader in Cairo under my own name. We are not going to put a foreign office address on this website to look bigger. If a registered entity is a procurement requirement for you, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether we are a fit.

We have not built for a restaurant yet
Our delivered work is in property, education and consultancy. If you run a restaurant or a cafe you would be our first in that category. We will price and scope accordingly, and we will introduce you to the clients we do have so you can ask them directly.

A custom system has fewer people who can fix it
An off the shelf product has a market of people who know it. Something built for you does not. We reduce that risk with written documentation, accounts in your name, and plain code rather than clever code. It is still a real trade off and you should weigh it.

We take a small number of clients
If we are full we will tell you and give you a date rather than take the deposit and start late. If you need something delivered next week, we are probably not your supplier.
How we work
Four rules we do not break.
Rule 01
The floor before the software
We do not quote from a phone call alone. We watch a real shift, in person or over video, and write down what people do by hand. The quote comes after that, and it costs you nothing to get there.
Rule 02
The price is agreed before work starts
One document: what is in, what is out, the number, the date. Signed before any money moves. If we discover something mid build that changes the scope, we tell you and you decide. We do not invoice surprises.
Rule 03
You hold the keys
Every account, domain and database is created in your name on day one. Not ours, transferred later. If you walk away tomorrow, nothing switches off and nothing needs our permission.
Rule 04
We train the staff, not the owner
In Arabic, on the floor, during a normal shift, with the people who will actually use it. A system the owner understands and the team ignores is a system you did not buy.
Where we work
Across the Gulf and Egypt, in both languages.
We have delivered work in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, and we work with clients in the UAE. Most of the build happens remotely. For the first visit and for staff training we travel, or we arrange it with someone on the ground.
Everything we build is Arabic first where the staff are Arabic speaking. That means laid out right to left from the beginning, with typography chosen for Arabic rather than a Latin font forced to cope. You can open our property system in the work section and see what that looks like.
