Systems built for clients, and concept builds showing what the same approach looks like for a café, a shop and a brokerage.

One CRM from accounting to the CEO's desk

A single system covering every department: sales, accounting, operations and management, replacing a stack of spreadsheets and chat threads. When accounting uploads a receipt for approval it appears on the CEO's live feed the moment it happens, rather than in a report at the end of the week.

Alongside it, an automation for inbound Meta ads leads: an assistant opens the conversation on Messenger and WhatsApp, asks the qualifying questions, and routes high-intent buyers to a sales rep with the context already attached.

NOVA · the site a restaurant consultancy sells from

NOVA opens, fixes and scales restaurants in Qatar: feasibility, licensing, menu engineering, operations and aggregator growth. The site had to carry a six-stage engagement where every stage ends in a document the client owns, and qualify an owner before a call is ever booked.

Built around a champagne-on-black identity in Marcellus and Figtree, with Amiri carrying the Arabic. Counters animate in on scroll, the hero responds to the pointer, and the lead form asks for venue, area and budget stage, so the first conversation starts with the facts already on the table.

Mr. Ice · brand, SOPs and a content engine

Brand identity and positioning strategy, written standard operating procedures for how the business actually runs day to day, and a social plan on top. The content side runs as an automation: posts drafted and scheduled across platforms at the times the audience is actually active.

AGS · one operations portal for a three-campus school

A unified operations system covering every department of an international school group: academic, facilities, student support, HR and the executive office. Built so a custodian and a vice principal use the same portal and see only what their role allows.

Work is submitted, approved or returned with a comment up a real chain. A performance index is assembled per role family rather than one score for everyone, with manager override. Iqama and work-permit expiry are tracked with reminder chains, the compliance problem that actually costs a Saudi employer money. AI agents read inbound email, draft responses and route anything needing a decision into an approval queue rather than acting alone.
